Project planning
The first step to the perfect solution.
We start with a thorough project planning: What is your challenge, which components need to be processed, what cycles, what space requirements?
Based on your requirements, we develop an initial concept – practical, realistic, and focused on your goals. This forms the basis for everything that follows.
Concept & Layout
The idea becomes a concrete plan.
During the concept phase, we specify the processes, select appropriate modules, and plan the layout. We take everything into account: cycle times, feeding technology, inspection stations, gripping systems, and safety zones.

Construction & Innovation
Now it's time to design. We develop each component based on the previously developed plan – precise, well-thought-out, and practical. We pay attention to durability, ease of maintenance, and seamless integration into existing structures.
A major advantage: We handle electrical planning and software development in-house, ensuring all systems interact seamlessly. During this phase, you benefit from our experience: What looks good in theory must work reliably in practice.
Camera & testing technology
Freedom from errors begins with inspection.
Whether optical, tactile, or electrical – we integrate modern inspection technology into your line. This allows you to detect any issues early on – and avoid rejects or complaints.
Our camera and inspection modules are flexibly expandable and can even detect tolerances of less than 0.02 mm – as described in the transcript.
Assembly & commissioning
Your system will be pre-assembled and tested in-house, and then installed on-site. Our technicians will take care of the setup, fine-tuning, and initial test runs – until everything is up and running.
The goal: fast, safe commissioning with as little production interruption as possible.

Before final handover, a preliminary machine acceptance inspection is carried out at our premises according to a defined protocol – and later at the customer's premises. This includes evaluating cycle time, output, and quality metrics such as cmk and cpk values. This ensures transparency and avoids misunderstandings during acceptance – because it is clear what is being measured.
